WANTS DIVORCE
Eva Bartlett alleges cruel and inhuman treatment in her complaint from divorce from Cornelius L. Bartlett. She wants the custody of their son and $5 per week for his support. They were married in May, 1911, and separated Jan. 1, 1922. She alleges that he cursed her, called her vile names and struck her, knocking her down; that he would come home intoxicated, that about six months before they separated he claimed to have liquor in the house, and when he could not find it, he accused plaintiff of disposing of it and slapped her until he left finger marks upon her face.
