Mary J. Bell asks for a divorce from Willie E. Bell and the custody of their infant child. They were married Jan. 3, 1921 and separated Aug. 1, 1922. Plaintiff alleges cruel and inhuman treatment, that defendant has a vile and ungovernable temper, that he provided very poorly, that on Aug. 1, 1922, he abandoned her; that he failed to provide; that he was lazy and would not work and could not hold a job.
