Melvinia G. Bess alleges that her husband, David A. Bess, after abandoning her was guilty of bigamy and served a sentence in prison because of his crime. Plaintiff wants a divorce and the custody of their three children. Parties were married Feb. 12, 1909 and separated in July, 1917.
