Nancy E. Bowen alleges that her husband, Thomas W. Bowen is guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment in that he failed to provide and insisted that she work as a nurse to provide for herself and for defendant; that he made numerous threats against the safety of plaintiff. Plaintiff wants a divorce, $3,000 alimony and her maiden name, Nancy E. Hollingsworth. They were married Aug. 30, 1919 and separated Dec. 20, 1920.
