Myrtle Burris vs. Ernest Burris. Divorce. Plaintiff alleges cruel and inhuman treatment in that defendant cursed her, called her vile names; that once he threw her over a chair knocking her almost unconscious and when she told him he was about to kill her, he said he did not care if he did; that once when she refused him money he would have killed her if the police had not interfered and locked him up; that on that occasion he had succeeded in getting her money but the police made him give it up; that once he tried to throw her in the cellar; that he fails to support her. Parties were married June 11, 1913 and separated May 22, 1915.
