Four Move to State Cases in Circuit Court
Oliver W. Carbin, Plainfield filling station operator, filed suit against Gladys E. Carbin charging that she argued and nagged, possessed a violent temper, tried to live beyond her means, and made false accusations. Mrs. Carbin subsequently filed a cross-complaint charging he was away from home a year, returned and promised to mend his ways, but that she was forced to do manual labor to support herself. She seeks $500 alimony, attorney fees and restoration of her maiden name.
