MAKES MANY ALLEGATIONS

Martha J. Clem wants a divorce from Orin Clem. She also asks that her maiden name, Martha Graham, be restored. They were married Dec. 9, 1912 and separated in December, 1920. Plaintiff alleges cruel and inhuman treatment; that defendant has a violent and ungovernable temper; that he frequently became angry without cause; that he would curse her and call her vile names; that once he gave her a severe beating; that he is vile and unclean about his person; that he has failed to provide; that he moves about from place to place and conducts himself in such a manner as is calculated to bring shame and humiliation upon plaintiff.
