FAILURE TO PROVIDE FIGURES IN LOCAL DIVORCE SUIT
Maree Comingor Asks Restoration of Maiden Name

Maree Comingor has filed suit for divorce from Marshall Comingor, asking that her maiden name be restored, and that she be given proper relief in the premises. The complaint shows the couple were married Oct. 9, 1909, and separated July 23, 1922. Plaintiff alleges that defendant has failed to provide and has refused to take her out into society.

Plaintiff further alleges that she has had to work for a living as a telephone operator, that she has had to buy her own clothes and pay rent on the house. Plaintiff alleges that because he has refused to take her out in society, and has refused her company at home, she has lost love for defendant. Blessing & Stevenson represent the plaintiff in the case.
