Plaintiff alleges cruel and inhuman treatment in that defendant has called her vile names, leaves her alone at night, often will not speak to her for a week, accused her of infidelity. Plaintiff wants $1,000 alimony and her maiden name restored. They were married July 5, 1913, and separated May 18, 1919.
