Geraldine Cummings wants a divorce from George Cummings, alleging failure to provide and cruelty claiming that he struck and cursed her. She also alleges that because he escaped from the penal farm he is now serving a sentence of from two to five years in prison. She also alleges his associates have been bad. Parties were married June 30, 1916. Plaintiff also wants maiden name, Geraldine Jones, restored.
