SEEKS DIVORCE FOLLOWING SEPARATION OF SEVEN YEARS
Alleging failure to provide, cruel and inhuman treatment, Nancy Darnell, of Clayton, has filed suit for divorce from William Darnell, asking an absolute divorce and relief in the premises. They were married in January, 1899, and separated in March, 1915.
It is alleged that defendant has failed to provide for plaintiff or the children, that defendant has beaten plaintiff, cursed her and threatened her. Because of defendant's actions, plaintiff alleges that she has to live in fear of defendant.
Defendant is not now a resident of Indiana, his last known address being Bloyd, Ky.
