DAVIDSON VS. DAVIDSON
Some two months of married life—such as he alleges—was sufficient for Harvey F. Davidson who asks for a divorce from Effie M. Davidson. They were married July 15, 1912 and separated Sept. 15, 1912. He alleges that defendant has been guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment in that she has struck plaintiff, refused to cook his meals and care for their home, has absented herself from home against the will and consent of plaintiff and remained away late at night and has associated with men and conducted herself in a way entirely unbecoming a true and faithful wife.
