Cases Dismissed
The cases against Edward L. Depew have been compromised and dismissed. The title of one was State ex. rel. Ida L. Depew vs. Edward Depew, alleging fraudulent marriage. By agreement, judgment was entered against the defendant for $300. The other was the divorce case of Ida L. Depew vs. Edward Depew. Divorce was granted the plaintiff with custody of minor child, the defendant to pay to plaintiff $25 annually until $375 are paid. If the child should die, payments are to cease.
