Ruth Dyke vs. Homer Dyke. Divorce. Plaintiff alleges cruel treatment in that he is in the habit of cursing in the presence of the children, that he exhibits no affection for the children, that he stays away at night, that his associates are bad, that he gambles and fails to provide the necessities of life. Plaintiff wants $500 alimony and an allowance for the children, one two years old, the other four months. They were married Feb. 9, 1918, and separated Jan. 24, 1921.
