Plaintiff alleges that defendant is an habitual drunkard and has struck her and called her vile names; that on July 17, he struck her and threatened her until she had to leave home. Plaintiff wants the custody of an adopted daughter and $700 alimony. Defendant is restrained from selling property or interfering with plaintiff or child.
