Divorce Notice for Walter B. Flinn and Anna (Johnson) Flinn

from The Republican (Danville, Indiana)—issue of Thursday, May 22, 1924—page 5, column 4:

ALLEGES CRUEL TREATMENT

In her suit for divorce, Anna Flinn alleges that her husband, Walter B. Flinn, was guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment in that he told her he did not love her any longer, that he loved another woman, that he would not live with her any more and that he was through with her. She alleges that he was out almost every night until late, that he would refuse to tell where he had been but finally said he was with another woman and told plaintiff that he loved this other woman and did not love plaintiff. Plaintiff wants a divorce, her maiden name, Anna Johnson, restored and an equitable division of defendant's property, real and personal. Parties were married November 18, 1908 and separated April 14, 1924.
