ALLEGES CRUELTY
Anna J. Fox asks for a divorce from Fred N. Fox. She alleges cruel and inhuman treatment in that he struck her and beat her, that he cursed her and made false charges against her, that he drinks to excess and has failed to provide. Plaintiff wants the custody of their child, $500 alimony and $5 per week. They were married July 23, 1913 and separated July 16, 1916.
