Divorce Notice for Morton Foxworthy and Emma Foxworthy

from The Republican (Danville, Indiana)—issue of Thursday, June 17, 1920—page 1, column 2:

FOXWORTHY VS. FOXWORTHY

Emma Foxworthy asks for a divorce from Morton Foxworthy, alleging failure to provide. She wants the custody of their two children and wants defendant to pay $10 per week for their support. Plaintiff alleges that since her marriage she has received by gift and conveyance from her father the sum of $1,500 which defendant has used and never returned to plaintiff, that defendant has concealed his financial affairs from her and she is unable to state the amount of his wealth. She asks $4,000 alimony. They were married in November, 1902, and separated May 5, 1920.
