FRAME VS. FRAME
Three and one-half years of married life have passed and Pearl Frame wants a divorce from Oliver Frame. They were married Feb. 3, 1910 and separated Aug. 27, 1913. She alleges that defendant was guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment in that he has repeatedly struck plaintiff without cause; that he has called her vile names and has threatened her life; that he is an habitual drunkard and when under the influence of liquor has drawn a knife and other deadly weapons; that she is afraid he will do her great bodily harm. Wherefore she wants a divorce.
