Two Unhappy Mothers Seek Relief Through Law
[…] Nola Fulk and Herbert E. Fulk were married in 1909 and separated Oct. 1, 1912. Four children were born to them including a set of twins and she alleges that when the twins were about a week old, he left and she has never heard from him; that defendant treated plaintiff in a cruel and inhuman manner, that he would often whip, strike and beat her; that he cursed her; that he was an habitual drunkard; that he was untrue. She wants a divorce and the custody of the children.
