SEEKS DIVORCE
Suit for divorce was filed in the circuit court, Tuesday, by James Fulps against Madge Fulps. He alleges that Mrs. Fulps and he were married in September 1903, and that they lived together until the fifth of December of this year. At that time Mrs. Fulps left the home and went to Indianapolis to live. This was last Wednesday. He alleges cruel and inhuman treatment. He says that during the time they lived together as husband and wife, three children were born—Joseph, age 19; George, age 17; and Horace, age 16. He asks the custody of the children.
