Asking the custody of their ten minor children, there being eleven in all, one being of age, Ella Garner wants a divorce from Raleigh Garner. She alleges that defendant has refused to work and support the family; has complained that the family did not work and when they did he complained because they worked; that he has called her and the children vile names; that he has struck plaintiff; that he has threatened to kill the children; that when he was in debt he caused plaintiff to go out and get money and that when she did he charged her with immorality. Plaintiff wants $2,000 alimony and $500 for the support of the children. They were married March 4, 1894, and separated in March of this year.
