Plaintiff alleges they were married Dec. 26, 1861 and separated in February 1911; that defendant has been guilty of cruel treatment in that she called plaintiff vile names, has threatened to do him bodily harm, has broken the furniture and windows, has sold his stock and been generally guilty of unreasonable conduct.
