Divorce Notice for Ralph Gentry and Ellen Gentry

from The Republican (Danville, Indiana)—issue of Thursday, September 23, 1920—page 1, column 6:

SEEKING RELIEF IN DIVORCE COURT

In her complaint for divorce from Ralph Gentry, Ellen Gentry alleges cruel and inhuman treatment in that defendant repeatedly told plaintiff that he did not care for her, that he had lost his affection, that he wished she would leave him, that his attitude was one of indifference, that he continually complained because plaintiff did not take part in the out of doors work on the farm, that he refused to take plaintiff into society and would not accompany her into the social world, that he has failed to provide clothing for plaintiff. They were married April 20, 1917 and separated Sept. 11, 1920.
