Alleging cruel treatment, Mattie Godby wants a divorce from John Godby. Among the allegations of cruelty is that he filed suit for divorce in Hamilton county and that she appeared for trial and he was not present and the court dismissed the case and that the suit was for the purpose of humiliating her. She wants the custody of their three children, $15 per week for their support and $2,000 alimony.
