Sam Goodpasture vs. Laura Goodpasture. Divorce. Plaintiff alleges cruel treatment, that she neglected him when he was sick with the flu; that she became infatuated with one Zola Myers who boasted on July 3, that he was going to California and would take a married woman with him; that on July 7, defendant left home and went with Myres [sic] to California. Plaintiff wants the custody of their child abandoned by the mother. Parties were married in September 1901.
