Iva L. Groover vs. Hother Groover. Divorce. Plaintiff alleges that defendant repeatedly lost control of his temper and cursed her and abused her until she is afraid of plaintiff, that on the day they separated, he threatened to do her bodily violence, demanded that she leave, said he wanted her to leave so he could marry another woman; that defendant's conduct has become intolerable. She wants the custody of their son, Glen, age 18, now in the army. They were married Sept. 20, 1899 and separated in October.
