Lucille Gulley vs. Tilford Gulley. Divorce. Plaintiff alleges abandonment and failure to provide. She alleges they are the owners by entirety of certain property in Danville and she asks that a receiver be appointed to sell the property. Plaintiff asks judgment against defendant for $2,000. They were married April 5, 1917 and separated Feb. 13, 1921. They have one child, a daughter, age 2.
