ALLEGES CRUEL TREATMENT
Married Aug. 7, 1915 and separated March 18, 1916 is the record of Elva Hall and Sylvia May Hall. Now she has filed suit for divorce, alleging cruel and inhuman treatment in that defendant at divers [sic] times and in various ways has so treated plaintiff that she can not with any respect for herself or safety to her health live with him. Plaintiff asks that her maiden name, Sylvia May Neaville, be restored.
