Bessie Ann Hamilton vs. Tampa D. Hamilton. Divorce. Parties were married Dec. 24, 1910 and separated July 17, 1915. Plaintiff alleges that defendant frequently came home intoxicated, abused her by word and deed; that on July 17, defendant took plaintiff to her parents' home and said: “I am through with you; I don't propose to live with you any longer.” Plaintiff wants the custody of their child, $200 alimony and support for the child. A restraining order issued preventing defendant from disposing of his property and from taking the child, [is] now in the custody of the plaintiff.
