Divorce Notice for Howard M. Henderson and Bella G. Henderson

ALLEGES CRUEL TREATMENT

Bella G. Henderson wants a divorce from Howard M. Henderson, asking also $2,000 alimony and a restraining order against the Farmers State Bank, of Mooresville, forbidding the bank from paying out any money to defendant and from turning over to him any bonds in the bank's possession. Plaintiff alleges they were married in 1903 and separated March 15, 1921, that he has been guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment, that defendant struck her and that she lives in fear of her life, that defendant since 1914 has contributed nothing to her support, that in 1906 she advanced him $1,000 and this amount with other expenditures has about exhausted her means, that defendant owns five acres in Hendricks county near Mooresville, $800 in Liberty bonds and also $100 in bonds belonging to plaintiff.
