DIVORCE QUICKLY AWARDED
Mrs. Pearle Lane Hume was awarded a divorce from John T. Hume, Monday. The case was filed, the evidence heard and the decree granted in a very few minutes. They were married Oct. 2, 1920, and separated Jan. 19, 1923. Her complaint alleged cruel and inhuman treatment “from the time they were married.” The plaintiff's maiden name, Pearl [sic] Lane, was restored. She has returned to her former home, Clayton.
