Four Move to State Cases in Circuit Court
Seeking $5,000 alimony, court costs and attorney fees, Elizabeth M. Hutts has filed suit for a divorce against Henry H. Hutts. The couple was married October 4, 1941, and separated May 1, 1946. There are no children. The plaintiff alleges the defendant failed to provide for her. She also states she spent the sum of $5,000 for property when they were married, and that defendant has sold it and taken sale price of $3,500, argues continuously with her and is unreasonable.
