Johnson vs. Johnson
Mary Johnson has filed suit for divorce from Joseph J. Johnson and asks the custody of their two small children, $3,000 alimony and a weekly allowance for the support of the children. She alleges cruel treatment in word and deed, that her husband is an habitual drunkard. On the 13th of May he drove her away from home and told her to take the children with her.
