Divorce Notice for Marshall Johnson and Rosa Johnson

JOHNSON VS. JOHNSON

Marshall Johnson wants a divorce from Rosa Johnson. They were married in Virginia in 1904 and came to Indiana in 1907 and separated the first of August 1913. Plaintiff alleges the defendant has been guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment; that she cursed plaintiff, called him vile names; accused him of unfaithfulness and finally defendant returned to Virginia, taking their children and refusing to live in Indiana; that he was employed as a farm hand and his wife was continually causing trouble between plaintiff and his employers; that they have four children and the defendant has been guilty of cruel treatment toward them and has cruelly whipped them. Plaintiff wants a divorce and custody of the children.
