Ruth Johnson asks for a divorce from Pleasant M. Johnson. They were married Dec. 30, 1909 and separated March 29, 1915 when, she alleges, he abandoned her and their child and went to a place unknown to her. She claims that he had been in the habit of leaving her without telling her and when he returned, he would not tell her where he had been. Plaintiff wants the custody of their child.
