DIVORCE GRANTED
Agnes L. Johnson was granted a divorce from Wilbur A. Johnson, Saturday. The complaint, which was filed Friday, alleges they were married January 17, 1921, and separated April 30, 1921, that defendant was guilty of cruel treatment and failure to provide, that when he left her, he wrote that he did not expect to return to her. A child born to them died April 17, 1922 but defendant refused to attend the funeral.
