Nellie Lane wants a divorce from Alvin Lane after seven years' effort in trying to sail the matrimonial sea. They were married October 1, 1905 and separated October 17, 1912. She alleges cruel and inhuman treatment, that he cursed and abused her, got mad without cause, struck her with his fist; that she was ill and nervous and he purposely annoyed her and made light of her illness and refused to secure medical treatment; that he refused to take her into society and failed to make economical use of his money and she was compelled to support herself.
