SEEKS DIVORCE
Helen Margaret Leathers asks for a divorce from Ivan Smith Leathers. She alleges cruel and inhuman treatment in that he cursed and abused her, that on July 30, 1919 he abandoned her. She alleges that on Aug. 30, 1919 he sent her an unsigned letter in which he said that he had learned from his folks that she wanted to hear from him and that from now on they will not and “you will not find out” and “I am not coming back.” Plaintiff wants maiden name, Helen Margaret Harris, restored. They were married Dec. 4, 1915.
