Divorce Notice for William E. Lewis and Myrtle D. Lewis

ASKS FOR DIVORCE

William E. Lewis wants a divorce from Myrtle D. Lewis charging cruel and inhuman treatment in that she refused to prepare his meals, told him she did not love him, that she thought more of another man. He alleges that she requested him to get a divorce, frequently left home, called him vile names, and tried to belittle him in the minds of their three children. Plaintiff asks for the custody of the children, all girls. Parties were married June 16, 1906 and separated in April 1921.

William E. Lewis vs. Myrtle D. Lewis. In a divorce granted plaintiff he was awarded the custody of three minor children. Upon petition filed it was found that two of the children are incorrigible. The Court gives Myrtle Lewis custody of one child and James P. Myers custody of one child. Ordered that William E. Lewis pay $3.75 per week for their support.
