Threstie Lutes wants a divorce from Harry F. Lutes and the custody of their two-year-old son. Plaintiff alleges cruel treatment in that defendant would curse and abuse her and would tell her he hoped she would secure a divorce. She claims plaintiff was very jealous and falsely accused her of infidelity. She charges him with abusing their son and with failure to provide.
