ALLEGES CRUELTY
After less than eighteen months of married life, David C. Maden asks for a divorce from Stella Berniece Maden. Plaintiff alleges cruel and inhuman treatment in that defendant has kept company with other men, has gone away with other men though requested not to do so, that defendant has left their child in the care of neighbors to be with other men. Wherefore plaintiff has been greatly humiliated. He wants the custody of their infant daughter. Parties were married March 16, 1914 and separated Sept. 9, 1915.
