Divorce Notice for Earl Mahan and Maud Mahan

MAHAN VS. MAHAN

Maud Mahan asks for a divorce from Earl Mahan. They were married Sept. 4, 1910, and separated about April 1, 1914. Plaintiff alleges failure to provide, called her vile names and told her that a woman was nothing but an expense to a man. She alleges that he struck her, strangled her and choked her. She also alleges that he confessed his infidelity. Plaintiff wants the custody of their two children, $3,000 alimony and $5 per week for the children.
