DIVORCE ASKED
Lula Malayer asks for a divorce from Frank Malayer alleging cruel treatment in that he struck and slapped plaintiff and that on the day of their separation, July 7, he struck her with his fist, took hold of her hair and handled in her in a violent manner, that at various times he cursed and abused her and at various times threatened to do her bodily injury. Plaintiff alleges that defendant has an ungovernable temper, that they have a farm in joint title and that defendant has abandoned the farm and left it in her care. Plaintiff wants $3,000 alimony. Parties were married in 1903.
