Plaintiff alleges that he said he would not die happy until he cut her in pieces as small as his finger and that on June 14, he drove her away from home. Plaintiff wants the custody of their son, age 6, $1,000 alimony, $100 per year for the child. They were married Sept. 27, 1912 and separated June 14, 1920.
