Another record case was filed on Monday and the divorce granted the same day. The plaintiff, Eva H. Masten, complained of her husband, Elmer Masten, alleging abandonment. They were married December 10, 1893 and separated in June 1908. The plaintiff was represented by Otis E. Gulley and the defendant by Brill & Harvey.
