MATTOX VS. MATTOX
Wilburn Mattox and Cloda Mattox were married Sept. 19, 1908, and separated on the same date in 1914. The wife now sues for divorce alleging that her husband has been insulting, overbearing, quarrelsome and disagreeable; has sworn at plaintiff. She alleges also that he refused to support her and their child, that defendant is a traveling man and has been guilty of infidelity. Plaintiff wants the custody of their child and such a sum as the court may fix for support.
