HUSBAND SUES
Temple Mendenhall has sued Mary E. Mendenhall for divorce, alleging that she left him while he was sick and was guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment in that she would not cook his meals or keep house. A few weeks ago, Mrs. Mendenhall sued Mr. Mendenhall for divorce. This case is still pending.
