Harry Moore vs. Carrie Moore. Divorce. Plaintiff alleges cruel treatment in that she failed to do house work, alleging that she was physically unable; that when help was employed defendant seemed to recover and plaintiff believes the illness was feigned; that such conduct continued over a long period and cost the plaintiff a large amount of money; that defendant was jealous of plaintiff without cause. Plaintiff alleges that on July 28, she left home and went to the home of her parents in Ohio, taking their four children. Plaintiff wants the custody of the children. Parties were married Jan. 1, 1909.
