SEEKS DIVORCE
Clifton W. Noel asks for a divorce from Ada M. Noel and the custody of their six year old daughter. Plaintiff alleges that defendant cursed plaintiff, struck him with her fist, that she told plaintiff she had no love for him, that she wished he would leave and never come back, that she refused to prepare his meals and was indifferent to the welfare of plaintiff, that when angry, she would break the dishes, that when she left him, she said she was gone for good. Parties were married March 16, 1914, and separated Aug. 25, 1920.
